张帆 教授

张帆，男，1987年生，山东省淄博市人，中共党员，博士，教授，博士生导师，上海市“东方学者”特聘教授，获得上海市海外高层次人才，担任养护大西洋金枪鱼国际委员会（ICCAT）履约中方首席科学家。担任《Canadian Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences》副主编，《Marine Life Science & Technology》编委。

教育背景：

2005-2009年：中国海洋大学，水产学院，海洋生物资源与环境专业，学士学位；

2009-2011年：中国海洋大学，水产学院，渔业资源专业，硕士学位；

2011-2015年：加拿大圭尔夫大学，生物科学学院，综合生物学专业，博士学位。

教学工作情况：

2021年从国外全职引进到bwin必赢唯一官方工作，长期从事种群生态学、鱼类种群动力学、渔业资源评估、渔业管理的研究与教学，主讲课程包括：生物资源评估、生物资源评估与管理实习、海洋资源与环境专业英语、鱼类种群动力学（研究生）、渔业统计学（研究生）、渔业资源评估模型与软件（研究生）。

主要研究方向：

气候变化对鱼类种群丰度和分布的影响，渔业资源评估模型开发与应用，基于人工智能的渔船行为学研究，具有气候适应性的渔业管理策略研究。

主持科教项目：

1. 国家自然科学基金委员会，面上项目，基于非静态个体生长过程的金枪鱼渔业资源评估与管理，2024-2027。

2. 全球气候变化下太平洋大眼金枪鱼种群的资源评估模型与管理策略研究，上海市高层次人才岗位计划项目，2021-2023。

3. 国家自然科学基金委员会，青年项目，太平洋大眼金枪鱼非定性亲体-补充量关系的动态变化、产生机制和管理策略，2021-2023。
